Mobitel Slovenia

Mobitel is the national mobile operator in Slovenia

Mobitel Slovenia is the national mobile telecommunication operator, establishing and managing the infrastructure in Slovenia through their innovative technology and service solutions. Mobitel Slovenia was established in October 1991 as a limited liability company with the task of developing mobile telecommunications and creating a mobile network in Slovenia.

In November 1992, Mobitel Slovenia became a public limited company and in December 1995, Mobitel Slovenia was nominated by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, as the country's national operator. In 1996, Mobitel Slovenia becomes a member of the GSM Association
