The Economist bullish on m-banking
One of the 'Leaders' in the weekly magazine outlines the transformational power of m-banking.

The Economist is right in pointing out that the role of financial and telecoms regulators will be key and that a risk-based regulatory scheme is crucial to drive the deployment of banking for the masses using mobile phones.

However the Economist does not mention that mobile signatures generated in the SIM card of a GSM phone are the best means to provide the basis for an m-transaction service that needs to provide an auditable information stream to satisfy already existing regulatory approaches.

What does that mean for deploying mobile signatures to secure m-transactions?
