| News Archive 200220.03.2002 AtBusiness Communications, a software house specialising in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions, and Valimo Wireless, a company developing data security software for mobile business, are starting their co-operation in mobile PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). The first installation was implemented using Radiolinja's wPKI infrastructure by integrating the two companies' principal products, the AtBusiness CRM Suite and Valimo's Validator. AtBusiness also had an important role in designing and implementing the Radiolinja wPKI environment and its associated applications. As a result of the co-operation, the companies can safely establish, manage and develop their customer relationships in a wireless environment. The importance of wireless communications in future CRM is inevitable as contacts with customers become independent of time and place. Operative CRM is a vitally important system for companies, and it must enable the secure wireless communications between mobile terminals and operative systems for thousands of users with customer or service responsibility in large corporations. The co-operation ensures safe logging in from mobile terminals to different operative systems using digital signatures.
