The Turkish Bank Yapi Kredi uses mobile signatures for long list of transaction services.

Turkcell mobile subscribers who have a mobile signature-enabled SIM card can now use mobile signatures to confirm the service orders for an extensive array of banking services.

For the Yapi Kredi bank these are:

Transfers to another YKB account
Transfers to a credit card number
Regular transfer to another YKB account at a predetermined date
Transfers to another bank (EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer
EFT from credit card
Payment of another bank’s credit card debts
World card and other credit card transactions
Cash advances
Moneygram transactions
Betting payments
Changing limits for credit card withdrawals

The Yapi Kredi bank is one of the 13 Turkish banks that allow customers to use mobile signatures to authenticate themselves and sign transactions.
