Valimo Wireless is now looking for an experienced

SOLUTION SALES MANAGER

The main responsibility of this key position is to promote and sell the Valimo Mobile ID solutions externally to Customers worldwide. In addition:

  • To promote, represent and engage Valimo and Gemalto position on a specific solution towards customers
  • To follow up and develop sales at different accounts as part of the account plan of the Account Managers
  • To prospect and open new customers within defined market sector and geographic area
  • To liaise and coordinate internal resources to match customer expectations and satisfaction
  • To provide an accurate forecast to the management and drive regular funnel reviews

The candidate should have at least completed Engineering Masters degree, ideally with specialization in
Business. Spoken and written English is fluent and working knowledge of any additional language is a plus.

He/She should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. He/she communicates regularly with
Account Managers (if needed) and participates to the overall Account planning( if not handling directly),
manages the relevant Corporate partners and third parties (channel sales), and the local ones when present locally. In addition he/she manages the overall sales process for solution including: definition of customer solutions functional requirements, commercial proposal and associated commitments and contribution for pricing of the corresponding solution. Besides this the Solution Sales Manager deals with customer change requests contractually and commercially.

Knowledge of wireless industry is a must and experience in Identity Access Management, WPKI, IT security
or mobile technologies is a plus.

He/she should be well-organized and able to independently execute a wide range of selling tasks
simultaneously. Way of working is pro-active and positive with "can do" attitude and problem solving skills.
The candidate is also target-oriented and solution-focused with both, an eye for details and high-quality
outcomes. Frequent travels (50 to 70 days/year) might be required and the candidate should be team player with capacity to coordinate internal contributors (R&D, Pre-Sales, Marketing...).
